The NEAAC takes the interests of our website visitors and Apprentices seriously. Please be advised of our policies:

Fees and Reimbursements
Upon indenturement, Apprentices are enrolled in the online curriculum of the Boilermakers Learning Management System.

Apprentices are required to submit:

  • $150.00 Enrollment Fee
  • $100 to advance to the 75% wage bracket
  • $100 to advance to the 85% wage bracket
  • $100 to advance to the 95% wage bracket

All told, Apprentices must submit fees to the NEAAC totaling $450.00 – which will be reimbursed only upon successful completion of our Program.

Fees are payable via check, money order, credit/debit/gift card, PayPal or PayPal credit.

Apprentices opting to pay fees online – via credit/debit/gift card or PayPal – will be subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee. This fee represents ONLY the exact processing fee that the NEAAC is charged to process online payments. Transaction fees are NOT reimbursable. To avoid the fee, Apprentices can submit a check or money order to the NEAAC office.

Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)—Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Connecticut courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
